ACTION REQUIRED.....
In order to comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 there are a number of things we are obliged to do before we can start your membership.
1. We must clearly inform you that the contract between us for our services began when you made your first payment to us.
2. This contract is subject to our Terms and Conditions which you can read here. Please confirm you have read our Terms and Conditions by ticking the box below.

3. In order for us to start your membership we need your express request to start our service. Please tick the box below accordingly.

If you do not tick this box please be aware that your membership will not commence until the 14 day cooling off period has elapsed. We will not begin work for you and you won't hear anything from us over this period. Your membership will then start once the 14 day period has elapsed.
 
4. We will be providing profiles to you via our members only app which is free to use. However if you'd rather receive your profiles by post, please indicate this below. There is a postage and packing fee of €4.50 for this.
 
5. We have a members magazine called C9 that is available via our members only app. If you would rather a posted copy please indicate this below

Our Essentials membership comprises the following services:

  • Your profile written up by us based on the information you give us
  • 1 photographs on your profile
  • Your profile circulated to members every month
  • One set of profiles of members with mutual age specification provided to you once we have received your profile, id and photograph
  • 4 methods for you to contact other members
  • Personal support by telephone
  • Access to our events
  • Regular motivational emails
  • Access to view other members video profiles

The price for our services are as follows

Essentials Membership for 12 months: €97

All our membership packages are ‘all inclusive’ packages as detailed above. However additional charges may be incurred if you opt to include additional services in your package that are not originally inclusive. For example you are able to upgrade to any of our other packages. Then if you were a Silver member, and you wanted to have 4 photographs on your profile rather than the included 2 photographs additional charges would apply. These additional charges can be found on our website. We make an additional charge of €4.50 for people who want to receive their profiles (matches) by post and €4.97 for anyone who opts to receive our Cloundnine magazine by post. We also charge an additional charge of €97 to any member who has not submitted their profile information to us within one month of starting this contract.

All memberships automatically roll over after the first 12 months to a rolling monthly contract unless 30 days notice to end the contract has been given. Where this notice has not been given the total monthly subscription charges are as follows:

You have the right to cancel your contract for membership within 14 days of your first payment without giving any reason. However if you HAVE made an express request to start your membership and we have started work on your behalf, then your right to cancel your membership under the Consumer Contracts Regulations still stands but you will be liable to pay for the cost the work we have done. You should be aware that a significant proportion of our membership fees are incurred at the start of your contract.

If you feel you may want to change your mind within the 14 day cooling off period you should specifically request that we do not do any work on your behalf in the first 14 days. This will include receiving and adding your personal profile information to our ‘matching’ system, our membership team telephoning you to welcome you to Heavenly Partners/friends1st, and anything else we normally do at the start of all our memberships. If you have not specifically requested that we do not do any of this, and any or all or this has been started or complete, you will be liable to cover our expenses.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the date of your first payment.

To exercise the right to cancel within 14 days of this contract starting, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model cancellation form below. You may also cancel by speaking to us in person by telephone although we recommend you put your cancellation in writing so you have a copy of it. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the 14 day cancellation period has expired.
