Your Data protection, privacy and security is taken very seriously at Heavenly partners. Our policy shows you the actions we take to ensure your information is kept confidential and securely.

The Information we hold about you

When you complete your application/profile form the information is used to compile your personal profile which is sent out to other members. You are in complete control how much information you wish to be shown on your profile, it is your choice whether you wish you include your email address and contact telephone numbers. We will never disclose your address to anyone and is for office purposes only. If you also decide not to display your email address or telephone numbers, these will also never be passed on or used for any other purpose other than in the office. We also ask for a form of identification to verify who you are and this must match the information you give us for your membership to proceed.

Changing your details

You are able to contact us at any time to update your personal details or to change your profile to reflect any changes. A lot can happen in one year! If at any point in your membership we have cause for concern about your interaction with other members, we will speak to you directly. It may also be necessary to disclose information to statutory authorities or if we are required by law and we are at liberty to do this – you will be informed if this is the case. Please refer to our  Terms and Conditions for more information.

What we will send to you

As a Heavenly partner’s member, you will receive regular mail from us. We will ensure any post you receive is enclosed in a plain white envelope, thus protecting your privacy.

Telephone calls from the office

As part of your membership, we call you regularly to check and see how you are getting on. When you complete your application/personal profile form, we ask you if you are happy for us to leave messages. We will also not disclose that we are calling from Heavenly partners unless we know that we are speaking to you directly. We will not leave messages with friends or family who may answer the telephone. We will also not leave a voicemail message unless you have given us explicit permission to do so.
